Chiyoko, Ryuujiga, Sakura and Toru hid in different locations at the shrine, waiting for Akuma, Umiko and Mizuko. Loki waited and hid also, in case he was needed. Chiyoko sighed, spot behind a tree and twirled her dagger on the ground. Ryuujiga was hidden above her, Toru hidden down in some tall grass and Sakura hidden up in a tree also. Loki had pressed himself against the wall of the shrine, his hand just touching the hilt of his sword.
"Konnichiwa Loki-sama." Loki smirked and unsheathed his sword.
"Konnichiwa Umiko." he said. "IMA!" Chiyoko, Ryuujiga, Sakura and Toru all sprang out of their hiding places and charged at Mizuko and Umiko, who were on the roof above Loki. Chiyoko and Toru managed to hit them, piercing their skin. Umiko and Mizuko yelped and looked down at their abdomens. Chiyoko and Toru both smirked, watching the blood flow as they removed their weapons.
"Black blood." said Chiyoko. Toru nodded. Mizuko and Umiko collapsed, their breathing slowing down. Chiyoko turned around and waved her hand at a tree. Toru, Ryuujiga and Sakura looked and saw Akuma appear pressed against the tree.
"Kuso!" he yelled and tried to teleport, but Ryuujiga was already beside Chiyoko. Sakura and Toru did the same and then all four of them attacked him.
"SHINE!" they all screamed. They were blown back and found a black rip-like portal there instead of Akuma. They went wide-eyed and clung to the ground as the portal started to suck them in. Loki clung to one of the beams of the shrine and reached out to help Sakura, who was closest. Chiyoko reached out for Toru and Ryuujiga but screamed as she sucked into the portal.
"CHIYOKO!" yelled Ryuujiga and Loki.
"CHIYOKO-CHAN!" yelled Sakura and Toru. Ryuujiga stood up and jumped in after her. Sakura grabbed onto Loki's foot and reached out for Toru, but found him being dragged in.
"IYA! TORU!" cried Sakura. She looked over at her bow and quiver, laying on the ground away from her and then looked back at Toru, but he was gone.
"Sakura-san...don't even think about it!" yelled Loki. Sakura let go and was sucked into the portal. It closed up and Loki was finally able to touch the ground again. He looked at where the portal had been a few seconds ago and growled.
"CHIKUSHOU!" he yelled.


"Itai..." muttered Sakura as she slowly sat up. She looked around and realized she was on top of a stone coffin, in the middle of a graveyard. She jumped off the coffin and looked around for the others. She squinted her eyes, trying to see through the fog, but couldn't see anyone. She backed up and tripped over a tombstone. She fell back, screaming.


She landed on something, or rather someone and jumped up, now in a dark room. She looked up, the only light coming from where she fell.
"Sakura you baka..." Sakura looked down and saw Chiyoko.
"Chiyoko-chan!" she yelped and helped her up. Chiyoko sighed and brushed off her haori and hakama. She grabbed Sakura's hand and began feeling around the room for a door. She felt a door handle and pulled on it, opening it. Her and Sakura walked through and after a few steps, they began to fall.


"KYAAA!!" they screamed and then hit the bottom.
"Get off!" They got off of Toru and helped him up. He grumbled and brushed his haori off. He pointed at an opening in the wall and headed towards it, Chiyoko and Sakura following him.
"Uh-oh..." he swallowed and fell, Chiyoko and Sakura falling with him.


Chiyoko blushed, landing on top of Ryuujiga and the others landing beside him. He grumbled a bit as she helped him up and he then helped up Toru and Sakura. the four then headed through a red door.


After going down a long hall, they saw an injured Akuma sprawled out at the foot of his throne. Chiyoko reached up and pulled out her two katana, Ryuujiga drew his axe, Toru drew his scythe and Sakura put an arrow to her bow.
"AKUMA!!!" the all screamed. Akuma looked up, his eyes wide.
"Subete kokuhyou shinasai!" he growled.
"SHINE!!!" screamed Chiyoko, Ryuujiga, Toru, and Sakura.


Loki went wide-eyed as Chiyoko, Toru, Sakura and Ryuujiga were blasted back out of the newly opened portal.
"Chiyoko!" he yelled and rant at her. He grabbed her and hugged her.
"Daijoubu ka?" he asked. She nodded.
"Yoi." he said, smiling and hugged her tighter. Ryuujiga tapped his shoulder and growled. Loki blushed and let go of Chiyoko, taking the hint.
"Chiyoko...Umiki Chiyoko...will you marry me?" he asked as he took out a gray ring case and blushed, opening it. Chiyoko went wide-eyed. She threw her arms around Ryuujiga and squealed.
"Touzen watashi ha!" she said. "Hai, Makotoki Ryuujiga!"

Yes this is the end of DEMONIC REIGN BUT this is NOT the end of it all...there is DEMONIC REIGN NEXT which will be published very shortly, once I finish the main character profiles completely, which will take no more than a week, IF I don't get sidetracked.
